Part III

72. Acts or proceedings of the Zones SL Board deemed not to be invalid by reason of any vacancy

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Zones SL Board may act notwithstanding any vacancy among its members, and any act or proceeding of the Zones SL Board shall not be, or deemed to be, invalid by reason only of the existence of any vacancy among its members or any defect in the appointment of a member thereof.
