Part III

60. Application of this Part

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The provisions of this Part shall apply to investment zones in Sri Lanka.

(2)

The provisions of this Part shall not apply to the

Colombo Port City Special Economic Zone established under section 2 of the Colombo Port City Economic Commission
