61. Establishment of Investment Zones Sri Lanka

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

(1)

There shall be established an entity called the

Investment Zones Sri Lanka (in this Act referred to as the

“Zones SL”).

(2)

The Zones SL shall, by the name assigned to it under subsection (1), be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
