15. Amendment of section 15 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 15 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for all the words commencing from “notwithstanding” to the end of that section of the words

“notwithstanding that the employment may be authorized by the provisions of this Part of the Act.”.
