34. Directions by the Minister

The Minister may from time to time, issue to the

Council such general or special directions in writing as to the exercise, and performance of its powers and functions and it shall be the duty of the Council to give effect to such directions.

The Minister may direct the Council to furnish to him in such form as he may require, returns, accounts and any other information relating to the work of the Council, and it shall be the duty of the Council to give effect to such directions.
