15. Amendment of section 90A of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 90A of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of the definition of the expression

“company” and the substitution therefor of the following definition:-

““company” shall have the same meaning assigned to it under the Companies Act, No. 7 of 2007.”.
