3. Amendment of section 10 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 10 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in the illustration to that section, by the substitution for the words, “ ‘A’ has joined in a conspiracy to wage war against the Queen” of the words, “ ‘A’ has joined in a conspiracy to wage war against the Republic”.
