42. Council to furnish reports etc. to the Minister

(1)

The Council shall within three months at the end of the each financial year submit to the Minister an annual report of the activities carried on by the Council during that financial year and cause each of the following documents relating to that year attached to such report:–

(a)

the audited account of the Council for the year along with a report of proposed activities for the year immediately following the year to which such report relates;

(b)

Action Plan, Corporate Plan, Performance Report, and other information to the Minister as may be required.

(2)

The Minister shall lay copies of the document under subsection (1) before Parliament within six months from the date of receipt of such report.
