37. Amendment of section 131 of the principal enactment

Section 131 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in the definition of the term “employer”, by the substitution for the words “body of persons of any organization -”, of the words “ body of persons or any organization, other than any Government Institution referred to in Chapter XV:—”.
