48. Amendment of section 162 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 162 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:—

(1)

by the substitution for the words “an amount equal to fifteen per centum of those moneys,”, of the words

“an amount equal to ten per centum of those moneys,”; and

(2)

by the substitution in the marginal note to that section, for the words “fifteen per centum”, of the words “ten per centum”.
