194. Mark how described in pleading

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

In any indictment, charge, proceeding, or document in which any mark or forged mark is required to be mentioned, it shall be sufficient, without further description and without any copy or facsimile, to state that Mark or forged Mark to be a Mark or forged Mark.
