24. Amendment of section 65 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 65 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution, in subsection (1) of that section, for the words and figure, “referred to in section 64,” of the words and figure, “referred to in section 64 and the declaration under regulation 28(c) of the Ninth Schedule hereto,”.
