54. Powers of investigation in addition to powers of examination

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The provisions of this Part shall be in addition to any powers vested in the Director-General under Part VII of this

Act, and shall not be construed so as to restrict the powers of the Director-General under the said Part VII to examine any licencee.
