2. Establishment of the National Enterprise Development Authority

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

(1)

There shall be established an Authority which shall be called the National Enterprise Development

Authority (hereinafter referred to as the “Authority” ).

(2)

The Authority shall, by the name assigned to it by subsection (1), be a body corporate and have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
