6. Term of office of members

(1)

Subject to the provisions of subsections (1) and (2)

of section 5, the term of office of an appointed member of the

Board shall be three years unless he earlier vacates office by death, resignation or removal, and such member other than the member who is removed shall be eligible for reappointment.

(2)

An appointed member who has been removed from office shall not be eligible for reappointment as a member of the Board or to serve the Authority in any other capacity.
