17. Natural Reseurces, Management and Conservation

The Authority in consultation with the Council shall recommend to the Minister the basic policy on the manage-meat and conservation of the country’s natural resources in order to obtain the optimum benefits therefrom and to preserve the same for future generations and the general measures through which such policy may be carried out effectively.
