10. Special and general directions to be issued by the Minister

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Minister may, from time to time, issue such special or general directions to the Board relating to the exercise, performance and discharge of its powers, duties and functions under this Act, and it shall be the duty of the Board to give effect to such directions.
