9. Vacancy among members not to invalidate acts and proceedings of the Board

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

No act or proceeding of the Board shall be invalid by reason only of any vacancy among its members or any defect in the appointment of any of its members.
