42. Office deemed to be a Scheduled Institution within the meaning of the Anti-Corruption Act

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Office shall be deemed to be a Scheduled

Institution within the meaning of the Anti-Corruption Act,

No. 9 of 2023 and the provisions of that Act shall be construed accordingly.
