19. Rules of the Institute

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Institute may make rules in respect of the administration of the affairs of the Institute and in relation to its officers and servants, including their appointments, promotions, remuneration, disciplinary control and of grant of leave to them. Every such rule shall be published in the

Gazette.
