80. Possession of prohibited medical devices

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

No person other than the persons as may be permitted by regulations shall obtain or have in his possession any medical device as may be restricted or prohibited by regulations.
