65. Rules

(1)

Subject to the provisions of this Act, any

Authority of the University may make rules in respect of all matters—

(a)

for which rules are required to be made under the provisions of this Act; and

(b)

required to be provided for in order to enable such

Authority to carry on its duties and functions under this Act.

(2)

Rules made by an Authority of the University under subsection (1), shall come into force on such date as shall be specified therein.
