19. High Court to have jurisdiction

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the

Judicature Act, No. 2 of 1978 every offence under this Act shall be triable by the High Court established under Article 154P of the Constitution for the Western Province holden in

Colombo.
