29. Determination of profits and income

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The provisions of the Inland Revenue Act, No. 24 of 2017 shall be applicable to the revenue of the contractor from any upstream operations unless otherwise specified in the Petroleum Resources Agreement.
