36. Financial year and the audit of accounts

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

(1)

The financial year of the Fund shall be the calendar year.

(2)

The provisions of Article 154 of the Constitution relating to the auditing of accounts shall apply in relation to the audit of accounts of the Fund.
