43. All members of the Authority etc. deemed to be public Servants

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

All members of the Authority, officers, employees and agents of the Authority shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning and for the purpose of the Penal

Code (Chapter 19).
