8. Use of force or Intimidation while committing an offence

Where at the trial of any person for an offence under section 3 or section 4 or section 5 or section 6 of this Act, it is proved that such person used force or intimidation in the commission of such offence, he may be sentenced to, a term of imprisonment extending to twelve years.
