13. Presenting a false or misleading claim to prevent forfeiture to be an offence

Any person who presents a false or misleading claim, description, representation or an affidavit containing a false or misleading description or a false document to the High

Court for the purpose of preventing the forfeiture of or the release of any property, commits an offence.
