9. Breach or obstruction of the enforcement or implementation of orders to be an offence

Any person who breaches or obstructs the enforcement or implementation of any-

(a)

restraining order, seizure, judicial freezing order;

(b)

notice or order issued by a law enforcement officer under this Act;

(c)

judicial order issued in respect of an investigation into proceeds of crime; or

(d)

judicial order made under this Act relating to proceeds of crime, commits an offence.
