13. Monthly deduction from pensions

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

There shall be deducted from the monthly pension payable to a pensioner, such sum as may be determined if such pensioner consents in writing to such deduction. All deductions made in pursuance of the provisions of this section, shall be credited to the Fund.
