4. General Council

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The General Council shall consist of the members of the Executive Committee, one representative from each district level Pensioners’ Association and one representative from each divisional leval Pensioner’s Association. It shall be the duty of the General Council to determine the guidelines for the administration and management of the Fund, by the

Executive Committee.
