15. Payment out of Fund

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

There shall be paid out of the Fund -

(a)

all expenses incurred in the working, establishment or maintenance of the Fund ; and

(b)

all such other payments as are approved by the

Executive Committee as being necessary for the purpose of carrying out the object of the Fund or as are authorised by this Act, to be paid out of the

Fund.
