106. Annual Report

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Board shall at the end of each financial year, submit to the Minister for the Minister’s approval, a report of its activities during the year. On being approved by the

Minister, such report shall be laid before Parliament.
