110. Board to be a Scheduled Institution

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Board shall be deemed to be a scheduled institution within the meaning of the Bribery Act and the provisions of that Act, shall be construed accordingly.
