89. Collection of premia by agents and brokers

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

It shall be the duty of a broker or an insurance agent, to remit premia collected by them on behalf of an insurer, within two weeks of such collection.
