66. A court's powr to determine priorities and entitlements to collateral

On an application made to a court having appropriate jurisdiction by a person having an interest in the collateral, such court shall have the power to make one or both of the following orders:-

an order determining a question relating to the priority or entitlement to the collateral;

an order extending or abridging, conditionally or otherwise, the time periods granted under this Act for the compliance with any requirements imposed by or under this Act.
