69. Members, the Registrar and officers and employees, deemed to be public servants

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The members of the Board and the Registrar and other officers and employees of the Authority shall be deemed to be public servants, within the meaning and for the purposes of the Penal Code (Chapter 19).
