67. Service of notices

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The serving of any notices required to be carried out under the provisions of this Act, shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions pertaining to the same contained in the Civil Procedure Code (Chapter 101).
