186. Recourse against decisions of the Commission

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Any person aggrieved by a decision of the

Commission may invoke the Jurisdiction of the Court of

Appeal conferred under Article 140 of the Constitution.
