38. Commission’s power to regulate and supervise a licensed clearing house

Without prejudice to the generality of the powers conferred on the Commission under this Act, the

Commission shall have the power to regulate and supervise a licensed clearing house in order to satisfy itself that the licensed clearing house carries on its functions in accordance with the provisions of this Act, rules made thereunder and the terms and conditions of the licensed clearing house.
