53. Rules

Official English translation. The Sinhala text prevails.

(1)

The Commission, may make rules in respect of all matters for which rules are required or authorized to be made under this Act.

(2)

All rules made by the Commission shall be published in the Gazette, and shall come into force on the date of such publication or on such later date as may be specified therein.
