64. Provisions of this Act and regulations to prevail over regulations made under section 56 of the Ceylon Electricity Board Act

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Ceylon

Electricity Board Act, No.17 of 1969, where there is a conflict between any regulation made under section 56 of that Act and any provisions of this Act or any regulations made thereunder, the provisions of this Act and the regulations made thereunder, shall prevail.
