23. No writ to be issued against a member etc.

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

No writ shall be issued against a person or property of any member of the Board, the Director-General, a Director or any officer or employee of the Institute, in any action brought against the Institute.
