26. Members, Director-General, Directors, officers and employees of the Institute deemed to be public servants

All members of the Board, the Director-General, the

Directors and all officers and employees of the Institute shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning and for the purposes of the Penal Code (Chapter 19).
