Duty of per-sonsto whom rinits have een issued to transmit sam-ples of com-modities or producte or fur-nish information relating to com modities or pro ducts whenever required to do so

Any person to whom a permit has beon issued under this Act shall, upon a request in writing made to him by the

Institution—

(a)

transmit to the Council or any person authorized by the

Institution, within such time as may be specified in such request, such samples as may be so specified of any commodity or product in respect of which that permit has been issued ; or yi

furnish to the Council or any person authorized by the
