19. Payment of royalty

A developer shall, for the period during which the permit issued is in operation, be liable to pay annually to the Authority as a royalty on renewable energy resources being utilized for the project, such charge as shall be determined by the Minister in consultation with the Minister in charge of the subject of Finance.

All sums of money paid as a charge under subsection (1), shall be credited by the Authority to the Energy Fund established under section 46.
