6. Minister to determine units strengths of Corps

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

(1)

The Corps shall be formed into such units and shall consist of such strength as the Minister may from time to time determine.

(2)

The structure and ranks of the Corps and the appointments, promotions and demotions to and from, such ranks, shall be prescribed.
