15. Voidance of Insurance

A contract of insurance by the Board may be declared void, by Court and the premia paid in respect of such contract may be forfeited to the Board if the insured person -

(a)

has concealed or misrepresented any material fact or committed any fraud relating to the insurance; or

(b)

fails to comply with any term or condition of such contract.
