22. Power to direct an insured person to take measures to prevent damage to insured land

The Board or any officer authorized in that behalf by the Board may direct an insured person or the holder of an insurance policy under this Law to take such measures in respect of the crop or livestock as may be necessary to prevent or minimize damage to such crop or livestock.
