117. Employee shall include former employees, etc.

For the purposes of this Part, a public official or an employee of a private sector entity shall include —

a former employee;

a person seconded to the public authority or private sector entity;

an individual who is engaged or contracted under a contract for services to do work for the public authority or private sector entity;

a person concerned in the management of the public authority or private sector entity (including a person who is a member of the board or governing body of the public authority or private sector entity);

a person who works for the public authority or private sector entity as a volunteer without reward or expectation of reward for that work; or

a trainee or an apprentice of the public authority or private sector entity.
